Instant discount is applied as a percentage off the recharge plan value before payment:

Example: For a ₹1000 recharge plan, a 2.5% discount (₹25) will be applied. You pay ₹975.
- Only recharges for Vi, Airtel, and Jio prepaid mobile numbers.
- FIRST RECHARGE after purchasing a New SIM.
- FIRST RECHARGE after MNP (Mobile Number Portability).
- Recharges for any telecom operator other than Vi, Airtel, or Jio.
- Postpaid bill payments, datacard recharges, or broadband payments.
Recharge is a fully manual process. You must send a WhatsApp message with payment proof after completing payment on our website. No recharge will be processed without WhatsApp verification.
Visit the SimDel website. No login or account is required. Select your operator and recharge plan to see the discounted price.
You must pay the exact discounted amount shown on the payment page. Paying any other amount (even ₹1 less or more) will result in automatic cancellation and refund (charges may apply).
Immediately after payment, send a WhatsApp message to our official number containing:
- Clear Payment Screenshot/Proof (showing UTR/Transaction ID, amount, date, time)
- Mobile Number to be recharged
- Operator Name (Vi, Airtel, Jio)
- Recharge Plan/Amount
We manually verify each payment in our bank/UPI account. If payment is not received in our account, no recharge will be done, even if a screenshot is sent.
After successful verification, recharge is processed to the number provided in your WhatsApp message.
The mobile number provided in your WhatsApp message has absolute priority and overrides any number entered on the website. Recharge will be done ONLY on the WhatsApp-provided number.
The FIRST WhatsApp message received with payment proof is considered final. Any later edits or corrected messages will be IGNORED. Recharge will be processed based on details in the first message only.
If we have not yet seen your message and you send an edited/corrected message before we view the original:
- We will attempt to contact you via call or message to confirm correct details.
- If contact is successful, recharge will be processed based on confirmed details.
- If contact is unsuccessful, transaction will be cancelled and refunded (minus any charges).
- If we inadvertently miss noticing that a message was edited and process recharge based on either message before making contact, SimDel bears no responsibility. No refund or correction will be provided.
Refunds are NOT automatic in our manual system. You must contact us to request a refund.
- If we fail to process recharge despite receiving correct payment and valid WhatsApp details (our fault).
- If you paid the wrong amount.
- If you contacted us within 48 hours of payment and no recharge was processed.
- In the "unseen edited message" scenario where we could not contact you.
- Recharges done to a wrong number provided by you in WhatsApp.
- If you don't send a WhatsApp message with required details.
- If recharge is successfully processed as per our records.
Refunds take 7-10 business days after approval and may be subject to deduction of transaction/processing charges.
If payment is made but no WhatsApp message is received with required details, recharge will not be processed. We will NOT initiate any refund automatically. You MUST inform us via WhatsApp/call within 48 hours of payment for verification and refund.
If WhatsApp message is incomplete or incorrect, recharge will NOT be processed. One follow-up call/message may be made. If correct details are not provided within 24 hours, transaction will be cancelled.
If your WhatsApp message contains a wrong number, recharge will be done on that wrong number only. No refund or correction will be provided.
- This is a MANUAL PROCESS - we verify each transaction personally.
- We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
- Using fake screenshots, providing false information, or any fraudulent activity will lead to permanent ban and legal action.
- SimDel is not liable for network issues or operator-side errors after successful recharge submission from our end.
- Our decision on all transactions is FINAL AND BINDING.
