Delivery typically takes same-day to 3 business days after KYC approval by the operator. The exact timeline depends on the operator's processing and your location within SimDel's serviceable area.
Ensure you sent the WhatsApp message with your payment screenshot, mobile number, operator, and plan amount. If recharge hasn't happened within 4 hours, contact us immediately. Raise this within 48 hours of payment.
SMS "PORT <your 10-digit number>" to 1900. You'll receive an 8-digit UPC code. Then visit our MNP page or WhatsApp us with the UPC and your preferred new operator. Your number must be active for at least 90 days before porting.
Any government-issued photo ID: Aadhaar (preferred), PAN card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence. You must be 18+ years old.
SimDel reduces the actual amount you pay upfront — not a cashback. Pay the exact discounted amount shown, then send your payment screenshot + mobile number + operator + plan amount to WhatsApp. Discount ranges from 1% to 2.5% for Jio, Airtel, Vi prepaid only.
Immediately call your operator's helpline to block the SIM (Jio: 199, Airtel: 121, Vi: 199). Then contact SimDel to assist with a duplicate SIM. After a SIM swap, you cannot request MNP for 7 days per TRAI rules.
